Welcome to the Pick Me Up Parfums FAQ! Below you'll find answers to some of the most common questions we receive. If you have a question that isn't covered here, feel free to contact us directly, and we’ll be happy to help.

 

Ordering & Shipping

What is the processing time for orders?

  • Premade Sale Items: Processing time is 5-7 days. 
  • Custom Invoice Items: Processing time is 3-4 weeks.

    *Please allow a little wiggle room when we have back-to-back sales. I am a one person team, and appreciate your patience immensely. 

Invoice orders may not ship in the order in which received.

Please note that these times do not include shipping time. If there are any delays, you will be contacted via email.

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! However, for international orders, please email us first to get an estimate of shipping costs before placing your order. Shipping fees and times will vary based on your location.

What happens if my order arrives damaged or is leaking?
We take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

 

Products & Ingredients

Are your perfumes vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes! All of our products are vegan and cruelty-free. We do not test on animals, and we ensure that our ingredients are sourced ethically.

Do you offer custom fragrances?
At this time, we do not offer custom fragrances. However, we are always working on expanding our collection with new and unique scents inspired by your feedback.

What sizes are your perfumes available in?
We offer perfumes in a variety of sizes, including 100ml, 50ml, 30ml, and 15ml. You can choose the size that best suits your needs.

 

Sales & Discounts

Do you offer any discounts?
We occasionally offer discount codes. Be sure to follow us on social media and sign up for our newsletter to stay updated on upcoming promotions.

What is a “NO FOMO” sale?
In the past, our NO FOMO sales ensured that nothing would sell out. After listening to feedback, we have changed our business model. We now offer
premade sales every 6-8 weeks, where products are available until they sell out. Between these premade sales, you can request an invoice for specific items.

 

Requesting an Invoice

How can I request an invoice?
You can request an invoice for any fragrance in any size, even outside of our premade sales. If your invoice request is accepted, payment is due within 48 hours. If payment is not received, the invoice will be voided, and a new invoice request will be required.

What happens if the item I requested is not available?
If an item you requested via invoice is not available, I will reach out to you and let you know.

Can you combine my website order with my invoice order?
Unfortunately, as website orders and invoice orders have two different processing times, this is not possible.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will work to resolve the issue.

Do you work with influencers?
We do not work with influencers. Gifted products are dispersed at our discretion.
